Data Deletion

At CollabXSphere, you have full control over your data. If you have connected your Instagram account to our platform and wish to have your data removed, follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Data

From Instagram Settings

Go to your Instagram account → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "CollabXSphere" → click Remove. Instagram will automatically notify us and we will delete your data within 30 days.

From CollabXSphere Settings

Log in to your CollabXSphere account → go to Settings → Connected Accounts → click "Disconnect Instagram". Your Instagram data will be removed from our platform immediately.

Request Account Deletion

To delete your entire CollabXSphere account and all associated data, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Instagram biography

Instagram username

Account preferences

What We Retain

Some anonymized business data may be retained for legal and operational purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you.

Anonymized campaign history

Aggregated analytics data
